I received my glasses. the right lens is progressive but the left lens is just distance vision. The upper and lower portions of the lens are the same.
Please advise what i can do.

Hi folks - First, I LOVE the quality of every pair of glasses I've purchased from you. BUT this last order for two pair of sunglasses (one for me, one for my wife) which was supposed to be dark GREY was in fact BLUE-GREY. This makes the bright sunny day look dreary and depressing. The last time I got sunglasses from you, the grey was more neutral. Did you switch manufacturers?

Hello i have just received my beautiful sunglasses from optical company in the market (prescription) and they are wonderful except there is a bit in the lens that isnt tinted! (near the bridge on the right hand lens) it is highly noticeable am i able to send them back to them free postage as it is not my error and will i be able to get these glasses redone!
