how do i go about the warranty on my son's glasses that the temple snapped in half when I tried adjusting them on his face? they were plastic. I have already had to rig the arms (again) becase they break off so easily. At this point I have had to rig them with drilling a hole, putting a paperclip through it just to keep the arms in tact. it has been an adventure. at this point I am left with rigging his old pair with goggle strap in order to keep them on her face. too funny. if the glasses snapped, you will have to replace the frame, send it back to the provider to determine if it is a prodtuct defect. If not, you probably need to pay some fee.
