I keep trying to do a progressive bifocal, but the perscription block will does not provide a place to put the NV information.Help pls.

If you would like order bifocal or progressive glasses,you will have to select a frame with lens height above 28mm, the progressive lenses must have a minimum lens height of 28mm.
