My little daughter is 16 years old, and last week I took her to check her eyes. The doctor told me that she has got nearsightedness with prescription which reads +055 L +050 add +100 pal. What do these numbers mean?? The od gave this to me and ask me to order glasses following this prescription. Your prescription will consist of numbers that represent the lens powers needs needed to correct the vision in each of your eyes. The first column number is the spherical power for each eye.

I would like to know the difference in thickness and weight between the 1.57 lenses and the 1.50 lenses because I want to get sunglasses but you only offer the 1.50 lense and the other glasses I purchased are 1.57 lenses. Thank You
