what is the base curve on 1.67 free form progressive lenses. I requires a 3 but I am currently using a 4 curve lenses. I have the following prescription:

SPH CYL Axis ADD

OD: -5.00; -1.75 111; +1.50

O/S -4.25; -1.50 125; +1.50
