I only bought my eyeglasses 2 weeks ago and just picked them up last week. I really do not like them so I would like to exchange them for a better pair. I bought them on the 2 for 1 price deal. 1 pair is okay, but the 2 pair that does not fit me that well and do not look right on me. I would be willing to pay more for something I really like. Would they exchange them for me?

You should call the store and ask them what their policy is on exchanging glasses.
They could be nice and understanding about it and exchange the one pair and charge you the difference in price for another pair. Call them and see what their policy is. If you expect to be a return customer, they may work with you on this.
