Default Incorrect prescription lenses
I had 2 different places check the prescription for glasses received last Monday and they are incorrect (O.D. IS INCORRECT-SEE ATTACHED prescription).

The lenses provided by you read:
O.D. SPH -1.50 CYL -1.00 Axis 115
O.S. SPH -2.50 CYL -1.25 Axis 062

According to the prescription they should be:
O.D SPH -1.50 CYL -.75 Axis 105
O.S. SPH -2.50 CYL -1.25 Axis 062
