would like an executive bifocal with the following prescription

i have a high prescription with bifocals. my eye dr has prescribed an exective , with a line. which company can make this. I 've checked with companies online,but no luck. they are +5.5's with a +1.0 bifocal.I would like an executive bifocal with the following prescription:they are +5.5's with a +1.0 bifocal.Thanks.
