where can i get cheap high index lenses

I have been wearing “coke bottle” lenses for around 8 yrs, Ihave a strong prescription OS is -10.00 and -9.25 for OD, I have prayed my whole life for a cure for the strong prescription of my eyes. And Sadly my only cure would be lens implants as my eyes are to bad for lasik. I’m so afraid of getting the news that my eyes have even gotten worse and the cost to buy my glasses averages around $300.00, can you tell me where can I buy cheap high index lenses online?
