Default What sizes of eyeglasses frames should I buy?

I want to buy my new prescription glasses from the online optical stores, but I do not know what sizes of eyeglasses frames should I choose. As you know, we can not try the eyeglasses frames on when we choose frames at the online optical stores. Could you please give me some suggestions?

You can measure your existing pair of glasses to get the total width and temples length, lens width, lens height and bridge distance. By having these numbers, you can choose the new eyeglasses frames with similar measure and they will fit you well.

Hello, Two problems. I could not find boxes to put in my prisms and direction although you refer to prisms in your prescription tutorial. Also, My lense strength is -850 and -725 (spherical) and you do not go that high on your table. You stop at 700. Does that mean you do not fill my prescription?
