My prescription says I have a L Sphere of -6.25. But the choices on OZGlasses only go to -6.00. What do I do?

The reason why you can't fill in your prescription is that you probably select a plastic frame. Once selecting a metal or titanium frame, you will be able to fill in your prescription.
Plastic frame is workable for your prescription but they are usually not recommended because the thick lenses will easily pop out in your future use.
