i have short-sightedness and my power is -1.75 ...
my vision is getting worse even though i keep wearing my glasses all time.
My colleague also have short-sighted vision but he only wear eyeglasses when driving.Cause her eye doctor said that her vision is getting better from -1.25 into -0.75.... so if you could tell me if i should wear my glasses all time..

It is up to you if you want to wear glasses all the time or not, how do you fell about not wearing them? But i strongly recommend you wear your glasses all day long with a -1.75 prescription.
