Should I choose High Index lenses?

For my prescription SPH-5.50/CYL-1.00 for right eye and SPH-6.00/CYL-1.50 for left eye, should I choose high index lenses? If yes, which index should I choose? 1.60, 1.67 or 1.74?

High index lenses are suitable for strong prescription.

For your prescription, you had better to choose the high index lenses, index 1.60 or 1.67 are suitable for you.
