ordering perscription sunglasses

I am ordering perscription sunglasses and it is asking if I want light or dark tint. I will mostly use them for driving and outside...does the light tint still work for sunglassses

Dark tint range is between 60% to 80% dark depends on your prescription
and light tint level is between 10%-30% depended on your prescription.
For driving use and outdoor use,i recommend dark tint.
