I just want to know a normal pair of frame with lenses include what features?I know my PD # but why I need to enter Mono R,Dist R, Near R, Mono L, Dist L, and Near L? can you guys help me out? Thanks.

If you want to order bifocal lenses,it is better to provide both your near and distance PDs, some people have two different PDs for each eye, generally, if your doctor do not provide the mono R or L PD, you only need to provide your distance PD value.
