which company provides cheap high index lenses?

I have a really strong prescription, here is my Rx: OS is -10.00 and OD is -9.25 so,I always wear “coke-bottles” eyeglasses lenses, as you know that today’s high index lenses are really not cheap enough, they are really thick and relatively heavy, I don't love those ones, I just want to know if there is some kind of special material for me to have lens which is not so thick and heavy, and where can I buy these super thin eyeglasses lenses at a cheap price?
