question: why the lenses on glasses keep falling off?

i received glasses. But the lenses on this pair of glasses keep falling off. According to eye doctor, the lenses are not secured.

i want to know if the lenses is cutting small for the frame, so that they always fall off down??

maybe the screw is loosing, u can go to the local shop to fix it. if no, you can return the eyeglasses to the retailers and exchange it, good luck.
