I just got the prescription glasses. Unfortunately the reading part is not working. Any which way i tried to adjust the reading is blurry. The distance part is perfect. I can read a little bit if lift the glass above the eyebrow. Let me know how can I send it back?

I was just making a second pair. the one I made with the same prescription has no problem.
