We are having trouble with the glasses we received. The screw keeps coming out of the temple and the lens pops out. We have screwed it back in many times but it does not want to stay. My son uses these as a back up pair of glasses and as such they haven't had much use. Your advice in this matter would be much appreciated.

Hello, dear springgarden. Where did you got that prescription glasses? If I were you, I return them back or change a new one. most online optical shop may offer this service. You should contact with the service which you bought them and then ask for change and let your son not to wear them anymore! if you have any questions, pls contact me!
