May I have a quote on the following prescription?

OD: +2.25(SPH)-3.75 (CYL) 093 (AXIS)
OS: +1.50(SPH) -4.00 (CYL) 082 (AXIS)
Checked on the prescription are: VeriLite Lenses and VeriClear – written – Poly/AR
We will choose a frame once we know the cost of the lenses.

wows, you've got a high CYl , you will need 1.61 index lenses and most shops charge $35-$50 for the 1.61 thin lenses.
