Default Zenni Optical Complaints - Bad service
I just received my sunglasses and unfortunately I need to return them. The protective plastic covering that they were shipped in has left permanent marks on the lenses. The color differential makes them impossible to wear. Unfortunately, I need the glasses for a vacation this week, so I will not be able to reorder. I will be forced to use one of the local 1 hour glasses services. Zennioptical.com is bad services for me. I hate it. DON'T BUY FROM ZENNI OPTICAL! YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!
