Also I can't delete unprocessed order 20100414120340. When I try I get the error "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d' Type mismatch: 'cint' /designer-eyeglasses/myorders.asp, line 198". Live Support doesn't seem to work for me either, my browser (Firefox 3.5.2) just keeps saying "Transferring data from" or "Waiting for" various providesupport.com domains (e.g. "cw10b.providesupport.com").
