we do not take insurance, what you can do is send our invoice to your insurance for out of network reimbursement
we can do itemized invoice, you can use that for out of network reimbursement, but, when I have a prescription for the glasses that I wear the measurement is just for those glasses and any other (from OZglasses Customer Service)
