Default What is PD?

This is my first time to buy prescription glasses online, when I am filling in my prescription online, there is a space for me to key in the PD number. I can not find the PD information from my prescription which given by my optometrist. What is PD? Where and how to get the PD information?

Default PD stands for pupillary distance.

PD stands for pupillary distance, is the distance between the centers of your pupils in millimeters. Your can get PD number from your optometrist.

Is there a way to measure my pupillary distance (PD) myself? Thanks for your reply!
