1. Don't ever touch the lens of your eyeglasses with your fingers either. Handle them by the frames instead.
2. Do not put the lens face downwards, they will abrade the most important part of the lens center.Since a scratch-resistant coating can't completely protect your lenses from wear and tear, do keep your glasses in a cushioned case, and clean them with a microfiber cloth and the cleaning solution your optician recommends.
