I have did all kinds of adjustments

Ever since I got the glass I have been trying to do all kinds of adjustments. Nothing works for the reading part. I adjusted several times and all different ways the nose support and the handle etc. I can read a little with the extreme bottom part for that I have to lift it all the way above the eyebrows.
Let me know what I should do.
