Default Who should take responsibility of this shit?

I bought a pair of rimless non-prescription sunglasses 3 weeks ago for $200, but rimless frame with clear lenses is falling apart yesterday, as the glasses fall from my face becuse they were not resting on well on my ears well, I phoned the optician, but they said it was all because of my error, actually, it was worped and now any time I lower my head, who should take responsibility of this shit?

I think the optician should take responsibility of it, you said the eyeglasses were worped and now any time you lower your head, why did you phone the optician earlier? I always suggest customers to negotiate with the seller as they found some quality issue immediately.
