Recommendation on frame size

My current glasses (10 years of wear) are the following:

Bridge = 21 mm
Lens width = 54 mm
temple = 136 mm
total width = 139 mm

I like this style (frame model NB2048) and titanium/gold color but most of your styles have 18 mm bridge. Recommendation?

3mm is not a big difference,you can order the frame NB2048 you like.
