problem with new prescription glasses

I have a pair of transition progressive glasses that I can see great at a distance and close, however, when I switch from close up to distance, I get dizzy. (if I am viewing something close and then looks at a distance)
Additional Details: I measured the PD ,myself and i'm not sure if they may
be the problem.
