If the photochromic lenses are suitable for me?

I prefer to buy one pair of photochromic eyeglasses from the online prescription glasses stores. I have a strong prescription which is SPH-8.00/CYL-2.50 for right eye and SPH-7.50/CYL-2.25 for left eye, could you let me know if the photochromic lenses are suitable for me with such strong prescription? Thanks for your help.
