Which option do you think is better? First, have two pairs of eyeglasses, one is used in the room and the other one is used for outdoors. Second, have a pair of photochromic eyeglasses. Actuclly, I don’t know which kind of eyeglasses can protect our eyes from ultraviolet radiation better? Sunglasses or photochromic glasses?

I prefer to option 2. It is very convenient for me to have a pair of photochromic glasses as they are clear indoors and darken automatically outdoors, that means I no need to change eyeglasses when I go outside or go inside. What's more, the photochromic glasses also can protect my eyes from 100 percent of the sun's harmful ultraviolet radiation.
