os: -4.50+ 0.75 x 095 add 2.00
i do not see where to list the add 2.00 at the end of the o.d. And o.s.

Please see the +2.00 note at the end of the od and os perscribed refraction. I did not know where to put this. Thanks!

actually, if you have ADD +2.00 on the prescription, here is 4 tips to continue your order, please choose one of the following options:
1. Continue process as single vision distance excluded the ADD reading strength that you mentioned.
2. Continue process as reading eyeglasses included the ADD reading strength that you mentioned.
3. Upgrade your single vision eyeglasses to bifocal eyeglasses in order to include the ADD reading strength.
4. Upgrade your single vision eyeglasses to multi-focus eyeglasses in order to include the ADD reading strength.

selecting Option 3 or 4, with bifocal or multi-focus eyeglasses, you could see clearly both in distance and near with one pair of glasses.
