I believe satisfaction with this company depends on if you're looking for amazing glasses at a great price or if you're more concerned about how quickly your order arrives. My prescription went up just a tad so I wasn't in a particular rush for new glasses. I figured I had been wearing my glasses for almost 3 years, what would a couple of months hurt? I placed my order on April 20 and received them on May 10th. Just 3 weeks. My prescription starts a -8.00 so I would always have to buy high index offered by chain stores. I ordered one pair with the standard lenses, and then one pair with 1.67 high index. The standard lenses are REALLY thin and the 1.67 feels weightless and lightest when I wear them. The anti-reflection coating is totally worth the $9.95 because there is virtually no glare when looking at computer screens and I've been told that my face really looks more open since the lens looks so clear. Two pairs of amazing glasses are only $80 including shipping (FROM PG.NET). I plan on ordering with sunglasses tinted lenses for summer.
