I just got my new glasses last week. I take my glasses off while sitting at the computer at my desk. When I stood up my glasses dropped off of the desk top and feel on the laminate floor. The right lense cracked and chipped at the bottom of the lense. I would like to send these back as they should not of cracked from 3ft. from the floor or even if I was standing up. How do I send this back. What is the procedure
