I've double checked with the prescription and the order and it is correct. I just had a new pair of glasses made with this prescription from Costco and they are perfect. The glasses are not usable the way they are built. I wore them for 20 minutes and began suffering from severe eye strain and headache. I can't see much up close or in the distance with the left lens. Either it wasn't correctly made or it is of extremely low quality.
