Default get your PD by yourself

There is no PD value in my prescription, and I need bifocal eyeglasses. Online customer service said PD is very important for bifocal or progressive glasses, and I can measure the PD myself. Could someone tell me how to measure my PD?

You should place a regular ruler on the bridge of your nose, looking in the mirror, measure the distance between the center of your pupils (the black dots in the middle of your eyes).
