I want to add anti-radiation tint to my prescription eyeglass

I will graduate next month,and begin a new life ,while the job need me to stare at the computer screen all day ,so I want to add anti-radiation tint to my prescription eyeglass lenses,as the present eyeglass I wear is newly bought,I want to ask whether it`s feasible ?

You`d better buy another pair of prescription eyeglass,because in common case,prescription eyeglass wearers should have several spare pairs of eyeglasses.
