Default How to convert eyeglasses number into eyesight 20/20?

My right eye is -4.25 and the left eye is -1.25. Does anyone know how to convert that in to eyesight with the number over 20? All I know is that it is a negative number for nearsightedness. I need to wear glasses most of the time like 90% of the day.

-4.25 and -1.25? Are they true? That's a big difference between your eyes. Some people say it's not possible to translate it. Others would estimate it at around 20/400 and 20/70.
