Default How to remove the dots on my progressive eyeglasses lenses?

I am a painter, unfortunately, there are many dots on my progressive eyeglasses lenses because of my work environment, I have tried detergent, but it didn't work anyway! So anyone can help me to figure this question out?

Try some cleanser, slowly clean the lenses with a piece of soft cloth, if it is doesn't work, try the ultrasonic washing machine, it can remove the dots effectively, you can get it almost in most local stores.

Commonly speaking, when pain dropped on the surface of eyeglass lenses ,it can be removed easily by neutral cleanser ,that will be helpful.Or you can hand it to an optometrist.Good luck!
