Default Understanding eye prescription
The prescription I have from JustSpectacles is written as below: R:+1.25 L:+1.75 Add:+1.50 PD:62.5 and that is all the information. There is no other mention of sphere or axis or any of the other things. Is this enough information to purchase eyeglasses?

yes,it is.
It seems you don't have CYL strength and it's only a regular bifocal prescription.
