The temple arm of my eyeglasses is too long, want should I do?

I bought a pair of prescription eyeglasses online a week ago, but the temple arm is too long for me. sometimes I feel unsteady when wearing my eyeglasses.What should I do? I do love this frame, but I really don't know how to decrease the length of the temple arm.
