I need some advice. When I received my new glasses, I put them on and the bi-focal part of the glasses were off. I can see close up but I could not see off a distance. Both lenses are mostly for close up. I only need the close up for reading. Also, the tip of the right lense has shattered. I don't know how that could have happened. Please advise me as to what steps I should take. I can't use the glasses at all.
