When choosing eyeglasses frames in the optical stores, how can I know if the eyeglasses fit me or not? Can you give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot!

A pair of prescription glasses that fit you well should be just gently rest on your nose. You should feel comfortable with the temple arms around your ears. Lenses should not too big so that your cheeks will not hit the frame when you smile and your eyes should be in the center of the prescription lenses.
