Default my prescription glasses was broken

I was so angry about my ordering that prescription glasses ordered in local store. I have just worn my rimless eyeglasses frames for the 3th time since I got them in Mar. I was so disappointed to find that when I took them off this morning the frame spontaneously cracked. I am not hard on glasses and still have one pair that I got 3 years ago. I am hopeful that I could replace this prescription with a new one free of charge. Is that possible? Thank you for any suggestion!

Hi, dear lakeside. I think you could replace this prescription with a new one free of charge. It is possible!! Why don’t choose online optical shop? The price there is cheaper than local shop. The quality is as good as local store. You may have a try. and now I recommend you a site which is cheapprescriptionglasses.net. I just bought one there.

Could I have an extra Grey clip on with this order, With my first pair of glasses I forgot to order the clip ons, Since mum like the frames I'm wearing, I'm getting the same one for her, somehow if you could add in another pair of Grey clip ons for me , and without effecting the shipping price, Link me to PayPal to pay for the extra pair, Thanks

hi,my glasses have the same problems. I today received an order for 4 different pairs of glasses. I order from the company constantly which in our local station and this is the first time that I am having difficulty with my new reading glasses. Everything looks quite blurred. Can you advise me what I can do about this as I am unable to use the reading glasses??

Dear friend. You should check whether your glasses were made exactly based on your prescription. If you find things looks blurred for reading use, our recommendation is that you get a new updated reading prescription from your eye doctor.

I would like to return an order that I received on Friday that I ordered in mart stores. But sunglasses are too big for me. They do not fit and are very large on my face. Please let me know how I go about returning these and ordering a replacement pair. Thank you!
