I was so angry about my ordering that prescription glasses ordered in local store. I have just worn my rimless eyeglasses frames for the 3th time since I got them in Mar. I was so disappointed to find that when I took them off this morning the frame spontaneously cracked. I am not hard on glasses and still have one pair that I got 3 years ago. I am hopeful that I could replace this prescription with a new one free of charge. Is that possible? Thank you for any suggestion!

Hello.I;ve rcvd the my 2nd order glasses which I bought online last week and it is good for me.But 1st order lens can't read the letter with left side lens.So I want to you that change the left side lens as correct size as -11.75.It is not -11.75 lens.
