Color of Sunglasses is deeper, the better？

Now it is summer, i want to buy a pair of sunglasses, but i do not know the color of Sunglasses is deeper, the better the effect of UV blocking it? Some tell me yes, while others tell me no. Can you help me, thank you very much!
