I just received my order and I have 2 issues:

1.) My daughter's glasses look great and she can see well out of them but they sit crooked on her face...I set them on the desk with the arms extended and they do not sit flat- is there any way to bend them into shape? They are plastic frames.

2.) My son's glasses are so small that they don't even fit on his face. They look as if they were made for a 3yr old child. We used the virtual fitting feature on the web site and they looked great and proportionate.

Please advise what i can do- thank you.
